Founder, GLO Guidance | Behavioral Systems Designer

O’Shea René is the founder of GLO Guidance and the creator of the Guided Lifestyle Optimization method. For over a decade, she has worked at the intersection of psychology, behavioral systems, and lifestyle design—helping people navigate periods of transition without losing clarity, stability, or self-trust.

O’Shea holds a degree in psychology from California Lutheran University and has spent years developing practical, evidence-informed frameworks that translate insight into execution. Her work draws from two distinct but complementary paths:

Through Self Honeymoon® and Savage Resilience, she supports individuals through deeply personal transitions—healing, identity shifts, grief, and reinvention—using ritual, reflection, and nervous-system-aware practices to help people reconnect with themselves.

Through GLO Guidance, she works as a lifestyle consultant, including with high-net-worth clients, designing systems to manage complex lives—work, personal priorities, responsibilities, and long-term vision—without burnout or loss of identity.

Over time, these paths converged. O’Shea recognized that sustainable change only happens when emotional awareness is paired with structure, sequencing, and clear decision-making systems. The result is GLO: a method that replaces overwhelm and improvisation with clarity, containment, and follow-through.

Clients often describe her work as “therapy-level insight with real-world execution,” noting its precision, depth, and immediate practicality.

How GLO Works

We rank what matters now vs later using clear decision filters.

1. Audit

We assess how your time, energy, and resources are actually being used—without judgment.

2. Prioritize

We refine the system so it holds—even during busy or emotionally heavy weeks.

This is how clarity becomes sustainable.

We build routines, workflows, and structures that fit your real capacity.

3. Design
4. Execute

You implement with weekly structure, accountability, and support.
